The Sexton Roberson Family – Family Photos

I met Kristen and Eric 6 years ago when I photographed their wedding at Chatfield Botanic Gardens. I fell in love with their whole family then. The two of them are amazing humans. They are the kind of people that when you first see them you are impressed and a little intimidated by. Thinking, wow, these people might be perfect. Then you get to know them and they are the most real, down to earth and remarkable people. Their extended family supported that as well and all of a sudden I wanted to be a part of this family.
This year, they called me because they added to that amazing family and wanted updated family photos. Their little boy Graham is a dream. His smile lit up the whole mountain.

I thought I would have to take a little time to get him to warm up to me but that first smile was quick and totally blew me away. Being just a couple months younger than my son Moses, I am totally enamored with this age.
It was so fun to chase him around, hear his giggles, see how he snuggles and interacts with Kristen and Eric. This is how family photography should be, fun. Their already rich life just got richer with the addition of this tiny human. I am so happy to have met them and can’t wait to see them grow!
